GDT also warrants that subject to the conditions stated below and under normal use, our compatible laser cartridges will not cause damage, abnormal wear or deterioration to any compatible laser printer. In addition to providing a 100% No-Risk, Quality Guarantee, if a defect in a GDT compatible cartridge causes a printer to fail, GDT will reimburse the customer the full amount for all service and repairs of the printer. This warranty is dependant upon the customer providing GDT with satisfactory evidence that the failure was due to a defect in the GDT cartridge. Simply provide GDT with a written statement on an authorized service company’s letterhead along with a bill, detailing the cause of the damage, dated and signed by the company’s field sales or service representative. We will quickly review your claim. The product that caused the damage must also be returned to Global Data in the original packaging, with protection. Any return without proper packaging will not receive credit. The tampering of any GDT laser cartridge by any person other than a GDT representative voids all warranties and releases Global Data from any liability as stated above. GDT is not responsible for any damage resulting from improper storage or misuse by the customer.

Compatible Laser Cartridges Will Not Void Your
Laser Printer Warranty!

No matter who the printer manufacturer is, using imaging products from GDT will not void your laser printer warranty!It is illegal for a printer manufacturer or service representative to require you to use any particular brand of supplies. Your warranty cannot be voided unless it can be conclusively proven that other brands of supplies will damage the machine. Do not be afraid to show this statement to any service person or OEM (original equipment manufacturer representative) who threatens your right to choose your own supply source.
